A name, location, or other query entered into a search tool is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our systems. The provider’s own privacy terms apply to its processing.
If you send an email or contact message, we keep the information needed to read and answer it. We do not share the message outside our organization unless service delivery or law requires that disclosure.
